The Feedback settings can be found in the Punchh dashboard by navigating to Settings > Business > Feedback Tab.
Punchh has a pre-determined list of words that trigger alerts for negative feedback that is left by guests. Brands have the option to configure their own trigger words under the "Negative List" field. Brands can also configure email addresses and phone numbers to receive these alerts.
