A location's credentials are set up in the Punchh Platform under Settings > Location > Location Name. This is where pertinent location information is stored.
To add a location's email address, scroll down on the "Locations" tab to "Location Email." Input the desired email address and Update.
The Location Email will receive all location notifications such as Negative Feedback Alert, Monthly and Weekly Reports, New Redemption Codes, High Spend and Redemption Alerts and the Location Scoreboard.
If the store does not wish to receive these emails, clear out this field and create an Admin associated with the location(s) in question and select the notification preferences for the Admin.
