If you ever have a guest who you suspect of fraud there are some things you can do to investigate the issue to arrive at a conclusion as to ban the guest or not.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Navigate to guest's timeline.
2. Find Top Visited Locations listed on timeline. Make note of locations visited.
3. Filter timeline to only show checkins.
4. Review checkins and make note of Date & Time, Location and CheckIn Channel.
5. Identify any patterns or questionable transactions.
6. Review CC information associated with transactions in question.
