Brands may choose to send guests automatic notifications based on a variety of guest actions, system messages, or checkin failures/errors originating from the mobile app. The language of these notifications can be customized in Settings, and you can choose whether to utilize push notifications, SMS, or email (when available based on the nature of the notification).
Notification templates are a necessary part of transactional emails and notifications to customers during the earning, signup, redemption, warning, and expiration processes. Unless Notification Templates are filled out and saved, notifications will not be sent out to guests. If you choose not to customize the default notification message, you still must save it. You may delete or deactivate any of the default notification templates.
Notification Templates can be found by navigating to Settings > Notification Templates.
