Organizations have the ability to signup to send SMS messages to Guests. If this is a feature you're interested in please reach out to your Implementation Manager/CSM.
- Search for the Guest (Email Address/Phone #/Name) in the search field on the top right of the Dashboard.
- When on Guests Timeline right next to their name they'll have a text bubble
- This bubble indicates the Guest is subscribed to receive SMS Messages
- If no bubble is present the Guest is not subscribed to receive SMS Messages
