This issue happens to be a known issue within Brink, however, there are settings that should be checked on the Punchh Platform to ensure that the system is not recycling receipts.
From Platform >> Cockpit >> Earning >> Check-in Validations
- The Validate External UUID setting should be UNCHECKED.
- Check the set-up to ensure that the recycle is set to 3 months not 90 months.
If these options are set and the site is still printing the same barcode on different transactions, Punchh POS recommends reaching out to Brink to report this issue.
