This error is generating from POS rather than Punchh.
Your POS Vendor - Xpient POS will need to help you with this error.
Prior to contacting Xpient, please be sure to gather the following information:
1. Version of IRIS
2. Version of XLC
3. Can you provide a screenshot of the list-box (as seen below)
4. How and when was the QR code scanned?
- Was it in the middle of Order Entry?
- Did the cashier bring up the keypad and then scan the QR code?
Please Note: The integration between Punchh and Xpient is maintained by Xpient. As a result, changes to functionality of the integration will need to be approved and implemented by Xpient.
