This article applies to businesses with guests who earn via "Points Unlock Redeemables"
You may see a circle graph like the one below on a guest's timeline.
The EARNING parameters of the business and the conversion rate from dollars to points will determine the values that display on these circle graphs.
These parameters can be viewed by navigating to the following location:
Cockpit>Earning>Checkin Earning>Points Conversion Rate/ Rounding Rule/ When to Round?
In the example below any earning from "discounts in dollar amounts" on specific receipts would be converted to points after rounding (multiplying the dollar amount by 1 and rounding down to the nearest integer). So, if a guest had a receipt on their timeline for $4.99, the system would calculate the points to display on the circle graph as 4 for that receipt (4.99 X 1 = 4.99, rounded down = 4).
