From time to time the Aloha POS may display "unhandled error" on the FOH terminals. Typically, this occurs when the radacct.lic file was updated or removed on the boh.
There may have been a file that was copied that did NOT include the license code for punchh in the file. Please try to execute a refresh data.
If that does not correct the issue, please submit a support ticket for our POS Support team.
Please be sure to include the .net version and OS of the terminals and if there were any upgrades or changes to this location (i.e new server, new terminals). This will allow the team to guide this to a quicker resolution.
