The App Downloads data that is viewable in the dashboard is dependent on a third party (see: Why can't I see App Downloads data from yesterday?) but there is also an App Downloads Schedule in the Punchh dashboard that controls what data is viewable in the dashboard.
In the image above, data begins on April 10, but the business is question has app download data reaching back to Dec. 4. To investigate this issue, navigate to Support > Schedules > Additional Schedules > App Download Stats Schedule.
The schedule above shows a start date of 4/17/2019 with a timespan of 7 days.
- Timespan - The number of past days for which app download stats are re-downloaded every day. This maybe needed as stats get updated from sources from time to time when they are inaccurate.
This means that the data pull/update is looking back 7 days. Since the schedule was created on 4/17/2019, it originally looked back 7 days and began the data pull on 4/10/19.
To adjust this to encompass all data, adjust the timespan to X days back and update the schedule. When the schedule runs again, all app downloads data will be pulled in the the dashboard.
