If you're experiencing an issue where the redeemable is not taking off an amount even though an amount is set on the Redeemable itself we can check the Qualification Criteria.
- In Dashboard click Settings>Qualification Criteria>click the Qualification Criteria>Amount Cap or Percentage of Processed Amount
- The Amount Cap is the Dollar amount that will qualify the redeemable
- The Percentage of Processed Amount is the percentage that will qualify the redeemable
