Marketing Email refers to the promotional emails which are sent when Email/Push Notification is sent through a campaign. Guests have the option to opt-out of this communication. You can verify this by looking up the guest's profile in the Punchh Platform.
- Search for the guest
- Click their profile and select 'Edit Profile'
- Scroll to the bottom and confirm if they've opted out of Marketing Email & Marketing PN Subscriptions
- If they have unsubscribed, please notify the guest so they can opt back in.
The audit logs in the Punchh Platform will help you identify when the guest opted out. Simply click the Audit Log at the top of the guest's profile.
Once you have clicked on Audit log you can see the latest changes that have been made:
Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for this change to update in SendGrid to allow guests to begin receiving email communication once again.
