Rich Messages sent out from a Processed Campaign can be mass removed/deleted from Guest Mobile Devices (This is usually done when a notification expiry time was not chosen during the campaign setup).
- Click Campaigns > click name of Processed Campaign > click more options (3 dots, top right)
- Click Clear Notifications
- Click OK on confirmation window
- If an expiration time is not set in the Campaign the messages will then be removed based on the Cockpit settings. This setting is usually defaulted to 90 days but can vary from Organization to Organization.
**The ability to remove Rich Messages is limited to Punchh Internally, submit a Support Ticket to have Rich Messages cleared for a Processed Campaign.**
Afterwards, all notifications from processed campaign will be cleared from users' apps. This may take a few minutes
