If a guest exists in the Awaiting Migration List and originated from your loyalty program (without migrating), there is a feature on the Platform that will enable you to manually migrate that guest. Please follow the below steps to do so:
1. On the guest timeline, first click on Edit Profile
2. Then click on the Guest Functions tab, and click on "Migrate Guest"
2. Type the reason for manual migration.
3. The guest will be successfully migrated.
If the guest had been previously migrated successfully, or the guest did not have an account to migrate over from their prior program, you will get an error:
This is because the Punchh platform shows the "Migrate Guest?" option for all guests, regardless of whether they are migrated or not. But in order for the option to actually work, the guest needs to be in the Awaiting Migration list.
**NOTE: The ability to manually migrate guests will only be available if Secure Migration is enabled for the brand in Cockpit options. When Secure Migration is enabled, guests are prompted for a verification code as part of the migration process. This assists in providing an extra level of security to ensure the guest signing up is who they say they are. For more information about this functionality, please contact your CSM or Punchh Support.
