Images can be associated with a Rich Message and they're certain specifications for the image in order for it to send with a Rich Message.
- The image cannot be larger than 5MB
- The smaller the file size the faster and smoother it will load in the app.
- Punchh recommends images to be h:720px by w:1280px
- This size will fit the max number of devices.
