Guests will sign up via Facebook for Loyalty because they'll receive additional points/rewards, this varies from Organization to Organization. Guests may not remember they've signed up via Facebook and are attempting to sign into the App using their email address and are unsuccessful.
- To Login into the App the Guest must be signed into the Facebook App
- In the Loyalty App select "Connect with Facebook".
- The Guest will automatically be signed into the Loyalty App
- If sign in fails the Guest may not be signed into the Facebook App
