Guests will sign up via Facebook for Loyalty because they'll receive additional points/rewards, this varies from Organization to Organization. Guests may not remember they've signed up via Facebook and are attempting to sign in to the App using their email address and are unsuccessful.
- To Login into the App, the Guest must be signed into the Facebook App
- In the Loyalty App select "Connect with Facebook".
- The Guest will automatically be signed into the Loyalty App
- If the sign in fails the Guest may not be signed into the Facebook App
