Brick and mortar locations of organizations can sometimes be displayed slightly off or completely off from the actual location. There are two ways a brick & mortar location can be updated in the mobile app.
In the Punchh Platform click Settings>Locations>Location you want update>Map
- Update latitude and longitude of the location
- Latitude and longitude of a location can be obtained by Google searching the location
- It's located in the URL in the address bar
- 1st number is latitude
- 2nd number is longitude
- Enter latitude & longitude in the respective fields
- Drag marker to correct location on the map
- This is most effective when the location is slightly off
- This is most effective when the location is slightly off
- When finished click update
- Changes will immediately reflect in the App
