Organizations that utilize the Points Unlock Redeemable Structure are experiencing issues where Guests cancel orders or don't pick up orders. They are issued a refund but continue to earn on the transaction.
- Currently, this is a system limitation as there is no way to force redeem points
- Only Dollar amount or Redeemables can be forced Redeemed.
- There is a Feature Request to Engineering to have this feature built out in the Future.
