Generally, this error occurs if the receipt contains unqualified/disqualifying items which prevent it from earning rewards. This may be due to misconfigured POS settings or incorrectly-printed receipts.
Also, the message displayed to the guest for this error is "Receipt contains unqualified/disqualifying entries which prevent it from getting rewards."
Please verify the receipt has the proper items on it that qualify for the reward being used. If this is the case, please take a picture of your receipt (or record the receipt # and date of the transaction) and submit a ticket to Punchh Support.
