If your guest is having trouble getting to a URL you've embedded in a buttonor setting within an email notification template:
- Try getting to the link yourself both on and off your work network
- You can test the button by navigating to Settings>Email Templates
- Hover over the applicable template (the one you've connected to the campaign)
- Click on Preview
- A new tab will appear in your browser where you can click on the button/ configuration with the embedded URL
- If you can get to the URL, then the issue is probably on the guest's side (device or connectivity related)
- If you cannot resolve the URL, please check the format in the notification template to make sure it is a valid URL or contact Punchh Support
