Checkin expiry will vary from Organization to Organization, based on the Organization's needs.
The Checkin Expiry will expire earned points after a certain number of days. This is done to encourage Guests to continue using the Loyalty program and also prevents the Guests from having an inordinate amount of points.
**Not all users will have access to this section of the Dashboard. Any inquiries send in a Support Ticket or reach out to your CSM**
- In Dashboard click Cockpit > Earning > Check Expiry >Expires After field
- Ex: The field reflects 180 days
- Points will expire in 180 days from the day the Guest earned them
- If blank, Points will NOT expire
