To see an individual user's subscription status, navigate to their profile in the Platform and access the "Edit Profile" tab.
When in the "Edit Profile" section of the guest timeline, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the subscription status. The blue check mark indicates that guest is subscribed.
To find the subscription status of a large amount of users, a data export can be pulled.
- Analytics > Data Export > Guest Data
- Adjust the date range filter (To include all guests in the database, adjust the date range to the launch date of the brand's loyalty program)
- Ensure the "Marketing Email Subscription Status" and "Marketing PN Subscription Status" are under Selected Fields.
- Run the export. Once export is received, it can be filtered to find the relevant information needed.
