If you ever need to reset a password for a guest in the Platform, follow the steps below.
1. Click "Guests>Guests" in Platform
2. On the "Guests" page click on the name of the guest whose password you are wanting to change
3. Once inside the next screen, click on "Edit Profile"
4. Scroll down the screen until you reach the fields Password and Confirm Password, enter the new password in both blanks and make sure to click "Update" at the bottom when finished
