The 401 error above on NCR Silver POS is indicative of misconfigured loyalty credentials. If this error shows on your POS, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Create Loyalty Program page in the NCR Silver configuration set up.
- Ensure that the Server URL reads exactly as below.
Server URL: https://silver-api.punchh.com/silver/
- Check for typos, spaces, transposed numbers, etc. in the Access Token.
- Check that the Merchant ID is correct for your location.
