Schedules contain multiple components utilized to send Notifications (Push Notification/Email) to Guests. You can manage all of these from the Platform by selecting Support>Schedules section of the left navigation toolbar.
**Access to Schedules it's limited to admins with extended support permissions**
- Click Support> Schedules> Additional Schedules> Pencil Icon(under Reward Expiry)
- The most important fields are Start Time and Timezone
- Start Time & Timezone will set the Global time of day a Reward Expiry Notification is set out.
- Click Update Schedule
Reward Expiry Reminders
- The Reward Expiry Schedule is for any Redeemables/Rewards with an automatic expiration date or length of time. (Ex: Free Appetizer Reward Expires in 11 days)
- When a Redeemable Expires it can be found by viewing the Redeemable Settings
