There are 2 scenarios where the "Online Order" button will not be activated.
1) If the "Store Number/Identifier" field is Null on the Punchh Platform.
2) If the "Store Number/Identifier" key is entered incorrectly or not mapped correctly with OLO.
The path of the "Store Number/Identifier".
Setting --> Locations --> Select the specific location --> Location tab --> Store Number/Identifier field.
Note: If you experience this issue, make sure to check the "Store Number/Identifier" key on both Punchh and OLO side.
