Notifications will be delivered to the Guest based on how it's set in the Schedules section. This can be set for Reward Expiry Reminders, Campaigns, Segments, Reports and more!
For this particular example, we'll be using Reward Expiry Reminders. These are reminders sent to the Guest informing them their points are about to expire.
1.) In the Platform click Support> Schedules> Additional Schedules> Pencil Icon below Reward Expiry Reminder Schedule
2.) This is the source of when Notifications will be sent out and varies from Organization to Organization.
