Some of Punchh's Clients utilize eClub to prompt Guests to complete the signup process by signing up for Loyalty thru the App. This is successful because there is a Signup Offer associated.
When a Guest initially signs for a Clients eClub Program their Timeline will reflect that the initial Signup was completed by eClub. Due to this the User Type Setting in the Segment needs to be set to eClub & Loyalty Guests.
- When a Guest initially signs up via eClub even though they are transitioning to Loyalty their timeline reflects initial signup occurred via eClub
- The User Type Setting has to be set to eClub & Loyalty Guests
- Whether a Guest initially signed up via eClub or Loyalty they will receive the Reward.
- It's recommended to select eClub or Loyalty if different awards are being given based on Signup
