This issue occurs when the scheduler (Rolling expiry schedule) timezone differs from the business timezone. In this case, the push notification that is being sent to the guest shows the date according to the scheduler timezone.
For example, there is a reward that expires on April 14, 2019, 11:59 PM PDT. But for this business, the scheduler timezone is set as CDT. Then the guest would receive a notification saying that their reward is expiring on April 15, 2019. This happens as April 14, 2019, 11:59 PM PDT is April 15, 2019. 01:59 AM CDT.
