Every receipt has to be scanned within a certain time frame in order for the guest to earn on the Transaction. To see what this setting is configured as, follow the steps below:
- In the Platform Click Cockpit,>click Earning>click Checkin Validations>click Receipt Age
- For example, the setting is set to 7 days. This means the guest has 7 days to scan the Receipt to earn on it.
- If the guest does not scan the barcode it's up to Punchh's clients whether they'd like to manually gift the guest as a courtesy.
