I was asked to provide a guest's device details for troubleshooting a mobile app issue. How do I find these?
When guests are experiencing issues with their mobile app and the typical troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, the device details will be requested.
Device details are found within the app and are unique to each user. Some information included with device details:
- Guest Name and Email Address
- Device Model and OS
- App Version, Framework and Build
The guest can find their device details by navigating to the "Need Help?" or "Help" section of the app (typically found when accessing the Hamburger Tool).
