When a Guest doesn't receive a Reward and they met all of the criteria of a Campaign or you are feeling generous and would like to make someone's day you can manually Gift a Reward to a Guest.
You can manually Gift a Reward/Redeemable to the Guest or Points if you're on a points structure. Follow the steps below:
- In the Platform search for the Guest (the most successful method is using their email address) in the Guest field on the top right.
- When on the Guest Timeline click Message/Gift>under Gifting-Optional Section enter the number of points to be rewarded in the Gift Point? Field>in the Gift Reason Field you can enter the reason why the points are being Gifted>click Message.
- When gifting a Redeemable click Message/Gift>under Gifting-Optional Section, in the Redeemable field select the Redeemable>in the Gift Reason Field you can enter the reason why the points are being Gifted>click Message.
- You can select when the Redeemable will Expire in the Valid Until Field
- If no date is selected the Redeemable expiration will take effect
