If your business used a loyalty program before switching over to Punchh loyalty, guests who were apart of the previous loyalty program will have to "migrate" to the new loyalty program by following a "migration flow" when signing up for the new app.
The Platform allows you to see the migration status of guests that were apart of the previous loyalty program.
- Guests > Guests
- The Awaiting Migration and Migrated tabs can be used to search for guests to find their migration status.
- Awaiting Migration will show guests that have not yet migrated their previous rewards to the new Punchh loyalty.
- Migrated will show guests that have successfully migrated their rewards to the new Punchh loyalty.
