Are you unable to access a customer's account in the dashboard even though a search for the guest pull up account information?
If a guest signed up for loyalty and was not required to provide a first and last name upon sign up, then the loyalty account will be unclickable through the Guests > Guests dashboard search. This is because the URL to the guest's account is linked through the first and last name.
To access the guest's account, please use the Guest search bar available in the top right corner of the dashboard. Select the drop-down that populates after searching for the guest's email address.
