The QR Scanners allow guests to scan their redemption code at the POS. If the Scanners are not functioning the following steps would need to be completed:
- Attempt to Manually enter the Redemption Code on the POS
- If an error is received open a Support Ticket with a picture of the error or the exact error message
- Support will review the error to make sure there are no failures happening from Punchh, or user error.
- Once confirmed, please consult POS Support
