At times Franchisees are able to view Campaigns from Locations that they are not the Franchisee of.
Ex: The Franchisee has 3 locations in Los Angeles, CA and the Campaign he is able to view is from a Franchise in Dallas, Tx. If any admin from the location that created the Campaigns settings aren't configured as listed below they will be able to save the Campaign as a Template. There are several settings that need to be configured:
Settings can be found in the Platform by clicking Settings>Admin Users>click the name of Admin
- Confirm Franchisee associated locations are set correctly
- Confirm Franchisee Field is set
- Confirm Workflow Management Permission is disabled
** If Franchisee Field is not set the Admin will be able to see all Campaigns, even those targeted outside of their associated locations**
**If Campaign template is using a Segment instead of a Location, the template will be available to all franchises**
