Setting → Activity Detection Rules → “Guest - Employee checkins more than threshold”
In this category, users are flagged if they have surpassed a set number of check-ins served by the same employee. Sometimes this is harmless (such as a guest gets a coffee every morning and is assisted by the same cashier). It can also be used, however, to indicate fraudulent activity between the employee and guest .
Please Note:
1) Changes made to the "Customer Employee Txn" field will take effect immediately once they've been saved.
