When customers share feedback on their experience in a restaurant, you are able to publish this to social media to share with the rest of your clientele.
Note: This function requires Admin level user access
To do so, please follow these steps:
- From Dashboard click Feedback > Feedback (a second time)
2. Identify which review you would like to publish
3. Options are available to either 'publish to business page' or 'publish on location page' (Note: this will either go to the main brand page or the page specifically for the location)
4. Click the appropriate button for where you'd like the feedback posted
