When custom roles are setup, this will layout the process of providing access to the Feedback Section.
1. In the Platform click Settings> Admin Users> Roles.
2. Selecting any of the listed roles will allow you to see the permissions available to users assigned to the role. In order for the Feedback section to be visible for them, please make sure the assigned role has the following options listed in green:
- Feedback Management
- Site Admin
- Business Manager
3. In order to change a role's access, click on the functions you want to add/remove. Green means the function is enabled. Red means it has been disabled.
