In order to update the hours of locations listed in the app via the Punchh Platform follow the steps below:
- Click Settings>Click Locations & select the appropriate location
- Click Mobile App tab
- Enter the Day of the Week and Hours of Operation
- Click Update
Once updated in the Punchh Platform, it may take the system several hours to process the change and push the new location hours to the mobile app. When checking if the update has been processed, the mobile application might need to be "killed" (force closed) and relaunched so the updated data is retrieved.
If the information in the app hasn't updated after several hours, please contact Punchh Support.
