This error is coming from the OLO embedded app, meaning the store they have labeled for is being disapproved to allow orders. This can be because the address is incorrect or OLO may have marked the store “in-active”.
One of the most common issues is a store number mismatches between OLO and your store number.
It is essential that the location id and addresses match what we have in your POS system and the Punchh system.
