This error is displayed in the PunchhConf*.log (*=date) because the unit number in Aloha does not match the store ID in the Punchh Platform. As a result, Punchh will not run on any terminals while this error occurs.

How to resolve?
1. Change the store number in Aloha to match the Punchh Platform.
- Store/Unit number in Aloha can be found Maintenance > Business > Store, under the location information.
- Store Number in Punchh Platform can be found under Settings>Locations>Search for that location
2. Re-run PunchhConf.exe, which is located in C:\program files (x86)\Punchh folder. The PunchhConf.exe uses store number found in aloha to match to Punchh Platform store number. Once it is found, it will assign the ApiKey to the site.
This should resolve the issue and Punchh should be up and running on all the terminals at the location in question.
