Please Note: The ability to re-activate a guest is limited only to the roles of Business Owner, Business Manager and above. Typically, Franchisee Owners, do not have the permissions to deactivate a guest.
Sometimes you may need to reactivate a guest.
To Reactivate a Guest:
1. From the Platform >>> Guests >> Navigate to the Guest Profile and select EDIT PROFILE
2. In the top right-hand corner, select GUEST FUNCTIONS
3. From the Drop Down Box, select REACTIVATE
You will be prompted to confirm reactivate this guest:
4. You'll note the guest display will no longer be gray and the guest username will not include "deactivated" in the email address.
