Please Note: The ability to re-activate a guest is limited only to the roles of Business Owner, Business Manager and above. Typically, Franchisee Owners, do not have permissions to deactivate a guest.
Sometimes you may need to reactivate a guest.
To Reactivate a Guest:
1. From the Platform >>> Guests >> Navigate to the Guest Profile and select EDIT PROFILE
2. In the top right hand corner, select GUEST FUNCTIONS
3. From the Drop Down Box, select REACTIVATE
You will be prompted to confirm reactivate this guest:
4. You'll note the guest display will no longer be gray and the guest username will not include "deactivated" in the email address.
