On the location scoreboard, data is displayed for Loyalty Checkins, Unique Guests, New Guests, Total Redemptions, Total Feedback, Participation Rate, Average Check and Email.
The "Unique Guests" and "New Guests" are defined as follows:
- Unique Guests
Number of total guests who checked in at that location. It counts all the unique (distinct) guests who have registered a check-in with a location depending upon the time span selected. A guest will only be counted once if they checked in multiple times at the same location within the selected time span.
- New Guests
Guests who checked in for the first time at this location.
