For online orders:
- If a guest places order as a registered user (signed in) guest, barcodes will not print because they automatically earned points using their loyalty email address. This prevents users from earning multiple times on the same order.
- If a guest places order as a guest (checks out as a guest), the barcode will print on the check for them to scan and earn
However, barcodes are not printed on orders placed by 3rd parties like Doordash, Postmates etc. Earning and Redeeming is also excluded.
To enable/disable printing barcodes on 3rd party orders, please submit a ticket to Punchh Support.
