The Punchh Support Center is our new platform that provides direct access to your tickets in Zendesk. Our Support Center allows you to create, update and view tickets submitted to us for your entire organization.
Follow the steps below to login and start using the Support Center immediately:
2a. Select 'Sign In' then click the 'Sign Up' button next to 'New To Punchh?'
2b. Select 'Sign In' then click the 'Get a Password' button next to 'Have you emailed us?'
3. Fill out the 'Your full name' and 'Your email' entry fields:
4. Once this has been completed, you will receive the 'Welcome To Punchh' email. You will need to select the link in the email to create your password and complete the sign-in.
5. Enter your name (first, last) and create a new password. Select 'Set Password' when finished. This will log you into the Support Center.
