When you log into the Dashboard, you will see a message under the Welcome line that says "Data on this page was last refreshed on [date]". The refresh frequency is listed below but note that these are the times that the refreshes are queued and can take some time to complete.
If you do not have a specific location selected - at 3 am PST, 7 am PST, 11 am PST, 3 pm PST, 7 pm PST, and 11 pm PST. Essentially, every 4 hours. Please note that there can be a 30-45 minute window for the refresh to complete and that the 7 am PST refresh can take up to 2 hours to complete.
If you have a specific location selected - once a day at 7 am PST. Please note that this can take up to 2 hours to complete.
If you have logged in and a refresh has not occurred within the last 6 hours the current time, please submit a ticket to Support with a screenshot of your Dashboard page that includes your system time.
