The guest didn't receive the Push notification when the points are converted to banked reward as the Push notification templated is not enable for it.
To enable the Push notification for it, follow the below instructions:
- Navigate to 'Settings' and then click on 'Notification Template'
- Then enable the 'Points to Reward' option by clicking on the toggle button.
- Make sure the Notification template is filled and saved otherwise it will not be sent to the guests.
