Custom profile fields can be found Settings> Profile Fields if they have been configured for the brand.
NOTE: Custom profile fields require a behind-the-scenes configuration change not available to your brand directly. Contact support or your CSM to request this feature be turned on. New Custom profile fields will require an app update to show in the app. Always contact your CSM for any new feature or app update request.
