When viewing locations in the mobile app, it is possible that locations may appear in the app that are not set up in the Settings > Locations section of Punchh. When this occurs, it is important to pay attention to section of the app you have selected from the menu bar, pictured here:
When viewing a list of in the Stores or Locations tab, the locations you are viewing are being pulled from Settings > Locations in Punchh and edits to the information seen on this page can be edited in Punchh.
When viewing a list of locations in the Order portion of the app, the list of locations that are being displayed is coming from your online ordering system. In order to change which stores are visible on this tab, please contact your online ordering provider.
